MoATA Election Results

       The Missouri Athletic Trainers’ Association recently held an election to fill the offices of Treasurer and Public Relations Chair to serve on the MoATA Executive Committee. Congratulations to candidates David Carr (Springfield, Missouri State University) and Christy Tapps (Maryville, Northwest Missouri State University). David has been elected to serve as the MoATA Treasurer, and Christy has been elected to serve as PR Chair. Both will assume this role in June at the MoATA Annual Meeting & Symposium. The newly elected officials brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this position. The term for these positions is three years. Functions and responsibilities of the MoATA Secretary and Public Relations Chair are outlined in the Constitution and By-Laws.
