Erica Miller-Spears PA-C, ATC, RMSK

Erica started her career as an athletic trainer, graduating from Winona State University in Minnesota and then attending SIU in Carbondale for her Master’s degree. After working as the Head Athletic Trainer at Quincy University in Quincy IL, she attended the SIU Carbondale PA program.  She has been a Physician Assistant with SIU School of Medicine in Family and Community Medicine in Quincy since 2007.  She was appointed Associate Professor in Family and Community Medicine in 2023. Her special interests have been in Sports Medicine and non-surgical orthopedic care, PA student and Sports Medicine Fellow education, and  Point of Care Ultrasound for Family Medicine and Sports Medicine Providers.
