Tanner Eiben DO

Dr. Eiben is a family medicine and sports medicine-trained physician who completed medical school at Kansas City University in 2018.

He graduated from the Southern Illinois University-Quincy Family Medicine Residency having served as a Chief Resident in 2021.

He then completed the Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at SIU in Quincy in June 2022. 

He has stayed with SIU in Quincy and now serves as a faculty member for both the Family Medicine Residency and Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship.
